The Next Great Idea

Do you know where your organization will be in the next 2-5 years? Will it still even exist? If it does, how will it look? One thing is certain, you will need new ideas to survive and thrive. Why? Ideas =money. Money from new or improved products, money from better or new services, money from increased productivity and lower production costs. So, where’s the next great idea? It could be right under your nose and your employees hold the key. Your employees are a potential idea goldmine. We just need to give them the tools, the encouragement, and the opportunity to get the idea process flowing.
