You have to systematically create confusion, it sets creativity free. Everything that is contradictory creates life.

How Crinid works

Welcome to Crinid!

First of all, thank you for taking the time to read more about us! CRINID (“krin-nit”) stands for CReativity, INspiration and IDeas. We love ideas and want to share our passion with you. From the process of getting ideas, improving ideas and realize your ideas to anything that will inspire new ideas and give you a framework in which to act on these inspirations.

Because at Crinid we believe you are fully in control of your next great idea. The presentation above should help you understand the theory of what we call ‘ideation’ – a controllable, repeatable process of generating great ideas instead of relying on ‘divine interventions’.

The Myth of Eureka

In ancient times a scholar by the name of Archimedes stepped into a bath and proclaimed “Eureka!” as soon as he saw the water-level rise caused by his body mass. He had seen the solution to the problem of measuring the volume of irregular objects. ‘Eureka’ has since then become a synonym for these sudden insights. The myth however, is people believe these ideas are ‘flukes’, random events, a result of chance. The truth is: ‘Eureka’ has a lot less to do with luck, and a lot to do with training, research, and inspiration.

If Archimedes didn’t have the problem on his mind at the time he stepped into the bath, there would have been no eureka moment. If he hadn’t clearly defined the problem of volume, irregular objects and researched alternative theories there would be no ‘Eureka’ moment. ‘Eureka’ was the result of a process we cal ‘ideation’ – creating a prepared mind capable of producing great ideas.

Why Crinid Works

Crinid delivers on it’s promise to help you create great idea’s by separating the process of ideation in three parts as shown in the presentation above. First there is the problem (input) second there is the information (inspiration), and last there is the solution (output). Each of these parts can be optimized for the best possible idea, and Crinid will provide you with the tools, methods and examples to help you do so.

Furthermore, we will answer questions such as ‘what is creativity’ and how can inspiration be put to work for you, rather then relying on luck, and even go beyond ‘ideation’ in helping you develop, present and manage your ideas to best effect.
